WHY WE EXIST

Work shouldn’t be something people endure. Yet too often, employees feel unheard, leaders feel disconnected, and organisations quietly bleed engagement. Silent disengagement is one of the biggest hidden costs in the modern workplace — and it leaves people feeling unseen in the jobs they once cared about.

OUR MISSION

Project UNMUTE exists to change that. We’re here to build workplaces where people genuinely want to stay, contribute, and grow. Our mission is simple but bold: to help employees and leaders rebuild trust, spark real dialogue, and create cultures that don’t just function — they thrive.

What We Do

At the heart of UNMUTE are two reflective journals — one for employees, one for leaders. Each guides a 12-week journey through short, weekly prompts designed to open conversations that matter. Just 10 minutes a week can uncover insights, reduce silent disengagement, and strengthen the fabric of workplace culture.

UNMUTE was founded on lived experience. I know first-hand what it’s like to feel voiceless in the workplace — to feel like showing up meant silencing part of myself. Out of that frustration grew a vision: a simple, human-centred tool to give voice back to employees, and clarity back to leaders.
